The Challenge
The NHS sought to develop an online tool to assist healthcare professionals in safely tapering patients off antidepressants. The objective was to reduce withdrawal symptoms and prevent relapses while ensuring the process was safe and effective. The tool needed to address critical functionalities, including:

- Developing individualised tapering regimens.
- Managing withdrawal effects and potential relapses.
- Utilising liquid formulations to facilitate precise dose reductions.
