Do you provide services to support an in-house IT team?
Absolutely! We work closely with our clients team to provide complementary support. At Zaltek, we step in as an extension of your in-house team. We bring specialised skills, tools, and experience to help lighten the load, enhance collaboration, and make your IT infrastructure more efficient and secure.
What additional costs should we consider alongside the Managed IT Service?
Our fully-inclusive Managed IT & Cyber Security service is designed to avoid constant upselling or pushing add-ons. However, there are a few options that we keep separate from our Managed IT Service, as they don’t benefit all clients equally.

Microsoft 365 licenses are not included in our package price. We do this to ensure you’re getting the most cost-effective licenses for your specific needs.

Additionally, many of our clients opt for our hosted VoIP telephone solution, which we can quote based on your unique requirements.
How can we protect our business from being hacked?
We can not guarantee 100% protection against cybersecurity threats, however, what we can do is significantly reduce and mitigate the risks. We put “controls” in place, implementing multiple layers of protection.
