Zaltek Awarded Advanced Good Work Pledge

Zaltek Digital are delighted to have been awarded the Advanced Good Work Pledge by North of Tyne Combined Authority.
Employers from North of the River Tyne are being encouraged to join the pledge for present ‘Good Work’ – which ensures that job security, progression opportunities, and a commitment to supporting local communities are valued.
Organisations from all sectors – from big businesses to the community and tech businesses like us, can sign up to the Good Work Pledge.
A set of five standards have been developed over the past year – these are the core pillars:
- Valuing and Rewarding your Workforce
- Promoting Health and Wellbeing
- Effective Communications and Representation
- Developing a Balanced Workforce – putting diversity and inclusion front and centre.
- Social Responsibility
Zaltek has been awarded with the Good Work Pledge for achieving all these standards: by giving employees the ability to develop their skills whilst putting action plans together to support the local area and the environment.
